Return Policy


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 – 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund within 15 business days of the email notification advising we have received your returned item, please check your bank account or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Promotional items

Only non-promotional items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items that were eligible for free shipping cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should your device not hold a charge within the first 6 months of use, please contact our customer service team. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow 10-15 business days from the date the exchange was processed.

Product sent in error/wrong product shipped 

At Haven St. Premium Cannabis, we strive to ensure the accuracy of our orders. In the event you have received the incorrect shipment of product, please contact us at 1-833-HavenSt or info@havenst.ca within 14 days of your purchase. 

Product ordered in error

Please check your product order carefully before completing your purchase. Product orders are generated automatically and sent directly for fulfillment. Should you have ordered a product in error, please contact info@havenst.ca for assistance.
