Directions:

Place tea bag in mug. Bring cold water to a boil and pour over tea bag. Steep for 3-5 min. Stir and squeeze bag thoroughly with spoon after steeping. Remove bag. For full effect, consume entire amount.

If you use sweeteners, milk or cream, it should be added after the tea has been steeped.
